What do you need help with? Feel free to call me on 07517 422 447.To help my patients, I use many styles of Acupuncture and also Tui Na (Chinese) massage in Chichester, West Sussex. Different styles of acupuncture give me different perspectives on each problem.

With Acupuncture, some people turn to acupuncture, you may be looking for help with a specific symptom or condition, or considering ways to help maintain good health, as a preventive measure, or simply to improve their general sense of wellbeing.
Because traditional acupuncture aims to treat the whole person rather than specific symptoms in isolation, it can be effective for a range of conditions.
Remember that acupuncturists treat the person, not just the condition which they have, so each patient’s treatment plan will be different.
However, you can always ask me about other patients’ experiences, to give you an idea of what to expect.
Many people return to acupuncture again and again because they find it so beneficial and relaxing.
My interest in alternative and complimentary therapies came through martial arts (including
karate, tai chi and aikido, and in recent years Wing Chun Kung Fu).
I believe in people looking after themselves mentally, physically and spiritually.
By this I mean:
- Physically, promoting their good body function and the alleviation of pain and discomfort.
- Mentally, aiding their functions such as good concentration or the ability to sleep well.
- Spiritually, their inner world i.e. trying to help themselves with stuck thoughts or emotions (such as excessive anger or fear, regret or the inability to move on) that are inhibiting their enjoyment of life.
My training, work experience and any achievement
I studied Acupuncture at the College of Integrated Chinese Medicine in Reading and so I offer you:- Five Element Constitutional Acupuncture
- TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) styles of Acupuncture.
I also work with Balance Method, Tung and Ear Acupuncture.
Qualifications:
- BSc (Hons) and Licentiate in Acupuncture
- Reiki Level III/Reiki Master
- IIHHT Diploma in Reflexology

Normal pricing: -
Fees for Acupuncture and Tui Na Massage
The first session, which includes an additional half an hour for an initial exam to learn about you: £79 (a discount of £18.50).
Thereafter:
Single session fee: £65
3 session block: £185 (a £10 discount applied to the third session)
6 session block: £365 (a £25 discount applied to the sixth session)
Payment terms
Payments are made in advance, at the time of booking. For your first visit, I will send you a link so that you can pay. Thereafter, payment can be by card machine or payment link. BACS transfers may also be possible.
Cancellations and Missed Appointments
Please note that:
24 hours notice is required for changes or cancellations.
Appointments missed or changed or cancelled with less than 24hrs noticed are charged at the full rate. Thank you for your understanding.
